iDek D2 340 Commercial Heat Press

The d2 340 Wide Format maximizes efficiencies and capacity with side-by-side workstations for loading while pressing. These dual 17” x 20” garment Deks™ accommodate larger images. Our optional specialty Deks™ (dual cap/universal, dual pocket/universal or dual long sleeve/ pant – see upgrades) can be exchanged with the garment Deks™ by way of a unique QuikClik™ placement lock. One or two different jobs can be produced at the same time, or have multiple operators performing simultaneously.

Our digital control console maximizes efficiency with pre-set press programs for vinyls, transfers or sublimation. Also included is a manual setting for selective purposes. User can customize all preset programs on site. These features and more make the d2 340 one of the

most versatile digital processors on the market.

Digital Control Console

Take the guesswork out of how hot and how long to press any type of substrate, with three pre-set customizable programs, manual mode, and cycle counter, which allows for tracking production quantities, all located on an easy to read front and center control console. The digital display gives time, temperature, and alarms. A high limit safety switch provides added security.

Keeps the heat close at hand, not in your face.
Quick, easy movement to clear heat Dek™ for access to image Dek™. Ergonomically correct handle design for fatigue free operation.

 

Low Profile Upper Dek™

Utilizes a one of a kind web design housing the border to border element system for even and consistent heat disbursement. Temperatures to 425 degrees.

 

Multipurpose Pedestal

Dek™ height adjusts from the bottom to accommodate a wide range of substrate thicknesses. Automatic SoftDek™ adjustment ensures proper pressure without fine tuning the Dek™ height. Cantilevered pedestal design allows for screenprinting method of over/under loading of shirts to eliminate ghosting. The Quikclik™ plate makes specialty Dek™ changes a one step process, between jobs.
