What does purchasing a Rimage Certified Warranty through TyrrellTech include?

  1. Call a TyrrellTech representative directly for an immediate response.  Complete phone support is provided by a technician certified and trained by Rimage.  You will still have access to Rimage’s tech support.  However, by contacting TyrrellTech directly you can avoid the wait time required to reach Rimage.
  2. All repairs will be done on site.  Your parts and labor are covered under our warranty exactly as under Rimage’s warranty.  We use only Rimage certified parts and a certified technician to repair your machine.  There are no requirements for packing and shipping your equipment since all work is done at your location.
  3. Response time under TyrrellTech’s warranty is 24 to 48 hours.  Our proximity to you allows us to see and repair your equipment faster.
  4. TyrrellTech’s extended warranty includes 2 preventative maintenance calls during which we will check your machine’s configuration, print alignment and clean your printer.  A preventative maintenance call helps our technician ensure your machine is working perfectly and to fix any issues that might cause a problem later on.  This is to prevent your equipment from breaking down during use resulting in costly down time.
  5. TyrrellTech does offer warranties beyond the 2nd year of use for your equipment.
